Call For Papers
Papers of quality are invited to present original work or practical experiences relating, but not restricted, to the topics below.
Theme 1: Empowering a Sustainable Future
Driving Innovation for Net-Zero Energy Systems: Decarbonization strategies, renewable integration, and smart grids for achieving global carbon neutrality.
Theme 2: Resilient Energy for a Dynamic World
Building Robust Power Systems Amid Climate and Market Challenges: Grid resilience, energy security, and adaptive technologies in the face of climate change and geopolitical uncertainties.
Theme 3: Digital Transformation in Energy
Harnessing AI, IoT, and Data for Smarter Power Networks: Digitalization trends, predictive analytics, energy utilization and cybersecurity in modern energy systems.
Theme 4: Electrification and Beyond
Accelerating the Transition to Clean Mobility and Industry: Electrification of transport and industrial sectors, energy storage, and hydrogen economy.
Theme 5: Future Energy Production and Market Evolution
Balancing Renewables, Nuclear, and Emerging Technologies for Tomorrow’s Grid: Energy mix optimization, policy frameworks, and investment strategies for sustainable growth.

The following data entries are mandatory for the submission of an Abstract to the website:
- Title of the paper
- Authors and Co-authors each with name, affiliation, email address
- Contact e-mail address and telephone of the principal author
- Abstract in text form (300 to 400 words) (no graphics or formulae)
- Up to 4 keywords
- Related conference topic
Final paper shall be in PDF format, ready for printing on paper of A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm) with margins of not less than 2.5cm from all edges and in double-column, with a maximum of 6 pages. Here is the template for the final paper.
All Abstracts and Final Papers will be reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee. Acceptance will be individually informed through email.
Accepted papers shall be presented by at least one of the authors who must have paid the registration fee. Each registered author can present up to two papers.
